Bad #AtlanticHealth

Received an e-mail today from #AtlanticHealth:

This email notification is in reference to the following patient account: XXXXXXXXXX

You recently contacted the Atlantic Health Customer Service Department to arrange a payment plan for the balance of your hospital bill from the above date of service.

You have failed to meet the agreed upon payment on this account and your account is now delinquent.

Regrettably, we have no choice but to refer this balance to an external agency for further action unless a payment is received within the next 10 days.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-619-4024.

Kindly remit your payment by accessing our website: https://myhealth.atlantichealth.org.

If you wish to pay by check or money order…etc, etc, etc.

Sincerely,
Patient Financial Services

Well, #AtlanticHealth, this is the first I’ve heard of it. Never agreed to a payment; never knew that I owed a payment. But I paid the balance today. Please now kindly go to hell.

Why do I feel like Lenny Bruce?
